- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 5 oz flour
- 4 oz sesame seeds
- 2 tblsp olive oil

Quick and simple dish and my kids really love this recipe

Chicken breasts can be left whole or cut into pieces.
Marinate chicken in the soy sauce in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 220 C.
Mix together flour and sesame seeds in a shallow bowl.
Cover the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and sesame seed mixture by rolling them.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and allow chicken to brown on both sides.
Put chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice and fresh veg lightly steamed.
Chef's Tips
I prefer to cut chicken breasts into pieces as the chicken cooks quicker and cuts down on the overall time to prepare this dish.
