Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

This was something I came up with a few years ago when we were freezing cold in winter and a bit skint! Theres nothing in here you won't have handy in a cupboard.

Method

  1. 1

Fry the sausages just enough to get some colour on them then remove from the pan.

Slice the mushrooms and onion and fry them in the juices from the sausages, if required add a little oil. Add the dried herbs and fry until the onion is softened and coloured and the mushrooms are starting to cook

Return the sausages to the pan and add the beans and tomatoes. Give it a good stir and add the ketchup, HP and the worcester/relish.

Give it another good stir and leave it to reduce down until everything it cooked. Serve with mash and crusty bread

Chef's Tips

Like anything else use the best quality sausages you can. It doesn't really matter what you use though because it is essentially a casserole.

If you like you can add potato to this or most veg or even at a push pasta.

Everyone from Sheffield will tell you Hendersons Relish is a far superior ingredient to Worcester sauce! If you can get hold of some use it.
