- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup sunflower oil
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tp vanilla sugar

Soft Semolina Cake

Sugar syrup which must be poured over cake when removed from oven.
2 Table Spoons of Rose Water
2 Cups sugar
1 1/2 Cups of water
Bring that to the boil and simmer for 5 mins. Must be cool before poured onto cake.
Mix all other ingredients put in oven at 200*C until it rises then remove and pour the Sugar Syrup over.
