A very quick salad prepared in less time than it takes to wait for a takeaway or cook soup!!!
Method

1
Put pasta (not spaghetti) in either a microwave dish or a small pot and add a pinch of salt and cook till al dente (about 4 mins).
While pasta is cooking open the salad bag (you find them in all major supermarkets) and spread on the plate. Add the teaspoon of mixed herbs then some salt & pepper. Add the tablespoon of small onions, add a tablespoon of vinegar from that jar afterwards and sprinkle over the leaves. Add 4 slices of pickled beetroot and cut on the plate into bite size slices. Open can of tuna or pilchards (this can be substituted for cooked meat, chicken etc though this will increase the preperation time). Spread tuna/pilchard over the leaves and add pepper.
By this time the pasta should be cooked so drain and then fill container with cold water to cool pasta. Drain then put over tuna and add pepper.
Put plate in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool then eat.
You can make this meal for more than 1 person just by simply adding the appropriate amount of salad bags, handfull of pasta & can of tuna or pilchards and it'll only take a couple of minutes more.
In less than 5 minutes you can have a very healthy, nutricous meal in less time than it takes to heat a bowl of soup or wait on a takeaway.
