Description
My mum is Irish and this recipe is one which is very popular over there and is served in lots of cafes etc. It is very sweet but goes really quickly at work charity days.

Make digestives into crumbs, add chocolate which is cut into small bits, add marshmallows which should be cut into small bits or alternatively use the tiny marshmallows which can be left whole. Cut the maltesers in half and add to the mixture, you could substitute glace cherries instead of maltesers. Pour tin of condensed milk over mixture and stir well. Put coconut on some paper and take a few tablespoons of the gooey mixture at a time. Press into sausage roll shapes in the coconut, this makes them not quite so sticky. Wrap separately in tin foil and put in fridge overnight. Cut up into slices the next day and keep in a tin out of the fridge to keep fresh.
