Ingredients
- 125g Butter. softened
- 225g Golden caster sugar
- 1 Egg. beaten
- 1tsp Vanilla extract / essence
- 225g Self Raising flour
- Pinch Salt
- 200g Chopped chocolate bars e.g. Mars. Fudge. Milky Way

Preheat oven to 180 C.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the beaten egg and vanilla. Add the flour and salt and mix thoroughly. Chop up the chocolate bars of your choice and mix into the cookie dough. Shape into balls (approx. 12) and place on a grease baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 C.
Remove from the oven to cool (they will be soft and gooey at this point). Enjoy!
