- 500g Beef Mince
- 500g Pork Mince
- 2 Cans chopped tomatoes
- Tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 large onion. finely chopped
- ยฝ stick stick celery. finely chopped
- 2 Fresh green chillies finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Paprika (hot or mild)
- 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 Cloves garlic. minced
- 3 Cubes 70 % plain bitter chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons veg oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat oil in heavy based pan.
Add onion, celery, chillies and garlic, sweat in pan for 10 mins until slightly soft.
Turn up heat and add beef and pork mince (one at a time) and brown.
Once browned add paprika and cayenne and black pepper (a few turns)and stir until you smell the spices.
Add the tomato paste stir and heat through and then add the chopped tomatoes, salt and chocolate.
Cook on a low heat for 3 hours and then add kidney beans 20 mins before serving.
Serve with flour tortillas, Jalepenos and sour cream.
