- 500 ml double cream or soya cream
- 500 ml yoghurt. plain
- 450 g jam (any flavour)

Extremely easy and delicious ice cream recipe, you can vary the flavour each time or add tin fruit, nuts, fruit/chocolate sauce. Very versatile!

Mix all ingredients and transfer to ice cream machine for 30-40 min
Chef's Tips
Use the best quality jam you can afford for a good result! Make it with cherry jam and add some maraschino cherries when served, it's delicious! You can use soya substitutes for a dairy free version.
