- 50G cocoa powder
- 8g baking powder
- 150g unsalted butter
- 2 Bananas
- 50g walnuts
- 50g Milk Chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 100g brown sugar

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl and mix.Peel and chop the babanas into 5mm slices. Roughly chop the walnuts. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Melt the butter and the chocolate. Beat the eggs then add the sugar. Add the chocolate, butter and banana. Mix then add the flour mixture and mix together gently. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray and bake for 20- 25 minutes. Pierce with a skewer to see if its ready. Cool in the tray then cool on a wire rack.
