1. Put 1 scoop of ice-cream into an open wine glass, martini glass or goblet for each person being served.
2. On the side place 1 shot of amaretto and one shot of espresso (hot).
3. Put a spoon in the ice-cream.
4. Give to guests! They should pour both shots over the ice-cream and eat immediately!
