- 1/3 glass Cloudy Apple Juice
- 2/3 glass Champagne
- 1 drop Lavender essence (cold essence for drinks rather than cooking essence)
- twist lemon zest

1. In a large wine glass pour 1/3 full with cloudy apple juice. Add the drop of lavender essence and then top up with Champagne.
2. Drop in a twist of lemon and serve.
Chef's Tips
If you want an extra glam cocktail you can serve in a Martini glass with the rim dipped in lavender sugar and a slice of apple perched on the side.
