25ml Blue Curacoa

1.First place half a pint of Lager (say 4.5-5.2%)in to a pint glass
2.Then add a half pint of Cider (say 4-5.5%)
3. Lastly, add a shot of Blue Curacao
4. Hey presto, a pint of Kermit Spit
5. Enjoy

Chef's Tips

Leaving out the blue the drink will then be known as a Snake Bite. Adding to the Snake Bite a good splash of blackcurrant cordial will then produce you a Snake Bite and Black!
