- 200g Milk chocolate
- 350g Plain Flour (sieved)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 225g Butter
- 350g Soft brown sugar
- 175g Rolled oats
- 70g Chopped mixed nuts
- 1 Egg
- 400g Condensed milk
- 70g Peanut butter

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
2. Chop the chocolate
3. Sieve the flour into a bowl and add the butter. Rub until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Stir in the sugar, oats and chopped nuts
5. Put a quarter of this mixture into a bowl, stir in the chpped chocolate and set aside.
6. Stir the egg into the remaining mixture then press into a 30x20cm rectangular tin Iwhich has been greased)
7. Bake the base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes
8. Mix the condensed milk and peanut butter together and pur over the warm base. Then sprinkle the remaining chocolate mixture over the top and press down lightly.
9. Return to the oven and bake for a further 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool in the tin and then cut into squares.
