Description

Here's one of my favorite homemade bread recipes. My kids love this for their school lunches and I make it as a special bread when friends come over for lunch.

Method

  1. 1

Step one - rub butter into flour and seasoning.

Step two - add in all the other ingredients. Combine well.

Step three - decant into a non stick loaf tin. Top with more sprinkled cheese and more diced ham or bacon. It makes a lovely crunching topping.

Step four - bake at 390F/ 200C for 25 - 30 minutes till golden brown.

Serve sliced thickly. It is cheesy and delicious!
