- 2oz peanut butter
- 2oz caster sugar
- 2oz demera sugar
- 4oz plain flour
- pinch salt
- 3oz butter

place all sugar and butter in a bowl and mix till a paste ,add pinch of salt and peanut butter to mix ,you can use either crunchy or smooth peanut butter ,once all mixed add the flour ,use a med baking sheet and cover with baking paper ,place small drops of the mixture on the sheet and space them about inch apart as they spead when cooking .let me know what you think or if you think of any tips ...
