Description
I don't believe this is the best lasange recipe in the world but after a lot of experimenting (and a fussy boyfriend to cook for!) this is the recipe we like :)

Preheat the oven to gas mark 5 or equivilent.
In a saucepan, fry the garlic in the oil for a minute. Brown the mince in the saucepan. Add the tomatoes, puree and ketchup and stir. Add the mushrooms and oregano. Stir in the wine and season with the salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and leave to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Make the basic white sauce and stir in the 2/3 chedder cheese and mix until it has melted.
Spoon a small amount of the meat sauce into an ovenproof dish and spread to cover the bottom. Make a layer with the lasange sheets and cover with the meat sauce. Repeat until all of the meat sauce has been used and covered with a layer of lasange sheets. Pour the white sauce over the final lasange layer. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle parmesan over the top.
Bake in the oven for 40mins or until golden brown and bubbling.
