- 120g softened butter
- 280g icing sugar
- 2-4tbsp strawberry jam
- a little milk

1. Cream the butter in a bowl using the back of a wooden spoon. Keep stirring until it's of a creamy consistency.
2. Add the icing sugar a spoonful at a time, continuing to cream the butter between each spoonful, until all the sugar's been mixed in.
Chef's Tips
To make it a bit easier just add some milk to the mixture.
