- 1 litre grape juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- pinch mixed spice
- pinch Cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch Black pepper
- 1 litre Water

1. Pour Grape jice into a 2 litre serving jug add a litre of water less if you like your wine strong.
2. Stir in the honey untill it dissolves.
3. Add a pinch of mixed spice,nutmeg,cinnamon and black pepper
4. Taste it and add more honey if it is not sweet enough or spices if you want it tastier.
