- 300 ml Double cream. whipped
- 250g Leftover Christmas pudding
- 100 ml Baileys

1. Crumble your leftover Christmas pudding
2. Mix together the custard and whipped cream then stir in the Christmas pudding.
3. Add the Baileys
4. Freeze in a large Tupperware and stir every half hour or so until it’s the consistency you want.
