Chocolate Cupcake

Dark and chocolately but the sponge is moist and light

   Preheat the oven to a medium level around 170C
   
   Sift the flour and mix in the cocoa baking powder a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl.
   
   Beat in the butter until it is like breadcrumbs. In a jug pour the milk and egg and vanilla and whisk together and then pour into the flour mixture continue mixing but be careful not to overmix.
   
   Spoon into the cupcake cases and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. To check that it is properly cooked stick a needle, or knife into the cake and it should come out dry when pulled out of the cupcake.
   
   Leave the cupcake to cook and the ice.
