Method
Prepare the Hibiscus Tea

Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan over medium heat (100Β°C).

Once boiling, add Β½ cup dried hibiscus flowers and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a sieve into a large jug, discarding the flowers.
Spice It Up

In the saucepan, return the liquid to a low heat (60-70Β°C).

Add 2 whole cloves, 1 ginger slice, and 1 stick of cinnamon to the warm liquid.

Let steep for an additional 5 minutes.
Flavoring and Cooling

Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea again to remove the spices.

Stir in Β½ cup of agave syrup or honey, adjusting to taste for sweetness.

Cool it to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
