Method
Prepare Ingredients

Soak 200g of dried chickpeas in water overnight. Ensure they are fully submerged and can double in size.

Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas, then pulse them in a food processor until coarsely textured.
Flavoring

Add to the processor: 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of ground coriander, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of paprika, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Pulse until ingredients are well mixed. Raise the bowl and scrape if necessary.
Form Falafel Bites

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and fold in 3 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley, and 2 tbsp of flour for binding.

Preheat fryer oil in a pan to 180ยฐC carefully then wet your hands to create equal sized balls (about 3cm in diameter), flatten slightly to form patties.
Cooking

Fry the falafel bites in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

Place the falafels on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve warm with tahini mixed with a bit of water for a dipping sauce.
