Remove the corn kernels from the cob

Blend the corn kernels until smooth, then transfer to a mixing bowl
Mixing Ingredients

Add the parmesan cheese, milk, and herbs to the blended corn, and mix well

Fold in the chopped onion to the corn mixture
Assembling and Cooking

Take clean corn husks and lay them flat,

Spoon the corn mixture onto each husk, wrap them gently, and create bundles with kitchen twine

Place reason-able enchiladas in a steamer pot and proceed to steam them at a boiling temperature (100ยฐC) for around 30 minutes until cooked
