- 4 White or wholemeal bread
- 200g Cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp. Heinz Salad Cream
- 2 Celery stalks

Heinz Salad cream – the essential ingredient to a great chicken salad sarnie.

1. Chop the chicken and dice the celery, place in a bowl with the Heinz Salad Cream and mix well.
2. If you are not eating this straight away take a few salad leaves and place on the bread, this stops the bread going soggy.
3. Now add half the ingredients to each sandwich and serve.
