- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- Oil
- salt & pepper
- ΒΌ teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Cut each breast in halves to make 2 fillets out of each one. The fillets shouldn't be too thin or too thick.
On a small tray put the egg, vinegar, one tablespoon oil, salt and pepper, cumin, parsley, flour and the garlic clove (crushed). Mix it well and add the fillets. Let them rest for a while (15 mins - the longer the better - 1 hour).
After that cover them with breadcrumbs.
Then, on a pan with very hot oil fry the fillets on a medium heat.
Chef's Tips
You may want to change the heat, make it higher for a brown finish, but turn it lower so that the inside gets cooked without burning the outside.
Serve them with rice and salad, or with mashed potato.
