Description
My Danish mother used to cook this for my brother and I when she was having a 'lazy' day and wanted something simple to cook. Still, it is so yummy I still requested it!

1. Pour Flour into sandwich bag and put in salt and pepper, give it a little mix up (should be seasoned to taste), then pour into a shallow dish.
2. Crack an egg into another shallow dish and loosely combine the yolk and white
3. Heat the butter in a heavy based frying pan and add the onion.
(Meanwhile, you should be heating the milk and making the white sauce according to the packet instructions)
(**you should also be boiling the potatoes and the mixed vegetables)
4. Grab handfuls of the mince and shape with palms into loose burgers and then dip into the egg, coat both sides and then coat in the flour.
5. Fry all the Hagebouf in the butter/onion mixture (about 5-7 minutes each side) you may need to do this in batches.
6. Drain the Potatoes, and serve onto plates with the onions and Hagebouf.
7. Drain the mixed vegetables and pour into the white sauce mixture to coat.
8. Use this as a gravy to coat the potatoes that are already on the plate and serve immediately.
