- 1 packet bacon. chopped
- 1 packet button mushrooms
- 2 leeks
- 500g mascarpone cheese
- 25g Parmesan cheese
- 500g Dried pasta

1. Cut the bacon into strips using scissors.
2. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Thinly slice the leeks.
4. Put the bacon, leeks and mushrooms into a large pan and put the lid on. Let it cook on a low heat until the leeks are soft. Stir occasionally.
5. Add the mascarpone and stir well.
6. Add gratings of parmesan to taste. Leave to simmer. Add a little water if it becomes too thick.
7. Cook the pasta in boiling water until just tender.
8. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Stir well.
9. Serve with crusty bread.
