Love kebabs! Simple and look good! I first made kebabs at school for a cookery exam when I was 15!

1. Marinate the chicken in half the Caesar dressing for 20 minutes. Thread onto soaked bamboo or metal skewers with the chunks of courgette and spring onion.
2. Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly, until cooked through. Drizzle with the remaining Caesar dressing.
Chef's Tips
Serve with rice and a big Greek syle salad and perhaps some yoghurt with mint jelly or sauce stirred in - can't go wrong!
