- 150g Plain Flour (sieved)
- 60g cocoa powder. sieved - Good quality one
- 150g white marshmallows chopped
- 240g Butter
- 150g Dark Chocolate (70%)
- 5 eggs. beaten

preheat gas 5
line a baking tin, melt the butter and chocolate together slowly, mix in the seved flour and cocoa, add the sugar, take off the heat, mix in the eggs and fold in the ,marshmallows. bake for 20-25 mins
