- 4 tbsp black tea
- 2 tsp cornflower petals (dried)
- 1 tbsp jasmine flowers (dried)
- 2 tbsp redbush tea
- 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass (dried)
- 1 tbsp hibiscus flowers (dried)
- 1 tsp cloves. roughly bashed
- ½ stick cinnamon bark. roughly bashed
- 6 drops bergamot 100% essential oil
- 3 drops rose essential oil
