Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.

Put the chopped rhubarb, orange juice and rind, dates and honey in a 1 litre ovenproof dish.

Mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl and spread over the fruit.

Bake for about 35 minutes, or until gorgeously golden.
