- 40g chard salad leaves (or mixture containing chard)
- 45g baby spinach
- 15g flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 200g tinned chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp chopped unsalted almonds
- 15 red grapes halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp brown rice vinegar
- ⅛ tsp.salt

Thoroughly wash and dry all the leaves. In a large bowl, combine these with all the salad ingredients and toss well.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients, dress the salad and toss.
