Place everything in a liquidiser and blitz for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a strawberry.
You can buy pink rose syrup from many supermarkets, but if you would like to make your own, boil together 100g caster sugar and 150ml water for a few minutes until it is slightly syrupy.
Add 1/2 1tsp of rose water and a couple of drops of pink or red food colouring. Leave to cool.
