- 250g mascarpone
- 1tbsp Honey
- ¼ jar redcurrant jelly
- 1 ready made flan case

mix mascarpone with the honey and spread it over the case cut a sliver off the base of the strawberries and arrange around the case untill the case is full heat the jelly untill it melted and drizzle over the strawberries
