Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

I'm sure everyone knows how to cook a baked potatoe, but this is how i like to do them.

Method

  1. 1

Cook the Potatoes for 10 minutes in the Microwave (or until cooked through, depending on the size of the Potatoes used. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180c. Once cooked through in the Microwave, put on a baking sheet (uncovered) and cut a cross into the top, drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the skin has become tight and crispy (you do not have to cook in the oven if you do not like a crispy skin). Serve with a knob of butter your fav topping and a small green salad.

Chef's Tips

I like to put the following topping on my Baked Potato:
You'll need:
1 can of tuna (in oil)
Sweet chilli sauce (use enough for flavour and to bring together the ingredients)
1 spring onion (sliced thinly into rounds)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Mixed all the above ingredients together and serve on top of your potato, after you've squeezed it to open out the petals and put a nob of butter in the middle.

This serves one really hungry person (me!) or two if eating with a salad.

Rooster potatoes are good for baking this way as they don't go watery. If anyone else knows of a good type of potato i'd be really interested to know.
