Easy as can be: bought ice cream laced with your favourite chocolate cookies.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes in advance and chop the biscuits roughly. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl in chunks and cut through with a spoon until it appears softened and creamy. Scatter over the chopped biscuits and fold through gently. If you like, finish with a spoonful of good bought dessert sauce and extra whole biscuits on the side. Try the combos below or devise your own using any single-flavour ice cream as the base.
All-American Whippy
Soften 1 x 500ml tub vanilla ice cream, roughly chop 4 Oreo cookies and fold together as described above. Drizzle over toffee or butterscotch sauce, if wished, and serve straight away.
Strawberry-Marshmallow Dream
Soften 1 x 500ml tub strawberry ice cream, roughly chop 2 Tunnock’s Tea Cakes and fold together as described above. Drizzle over strawberry sauce, if wished, and serve straight away.
Mint-Choc-Chip Whippy
Soften 1 x 500ml tub chocolate ice cream, roughly chop 2 Jacob’s Mint Club biscuits and fold together as described above. Drizzle over chocolate sauce, if wished, and serve straight away.
