It might sound strange, but tequila and coffee make for a truly decadent combination. Here, Skylon mixologist ZORAN PERIC has combined them with chocolate liqueur for a truly grown-up Easter treat.

Coat the top of a Champagne glass with cocoa powder.

Pour the coffee and chocolate liqueurs into the bottom of the glass.

Carefully pour the Champagne on top to create a layered effect.

Decorate with coffee beans to serve.
