Line a 7 x 11 inch swiss roll tin with Aluminium foil.
Melt 4oz Butter, Golden Syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan on a low heat. Keep it moving or it will catch. Remove from heat and add the crushed digestive buscuits. Press the mixture into the lined tin and cool in the fridge.
When cool, melt the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and when softened but not too hot add the remaining butter. Spread this mixture over the cooled Peanut butter slab. Put back in the fridge and allow to harden.
Lift out of the tin, and remove the foil. Cut up into pieces with a sharp knife, not too large as it is very rich, and enjoy!
