Tear 2 romaine lettuce hearts into small pieces. Core and slice 6 small vine tomatoes. Halve 2 peeled avocados, remove stones and cut into thin wedges.
Mix the avocado with 2tbsp lime juice. Dice 200g feta and drain 80g black olives. Mix together 4tbsp lime juice with 2-3tbsp olive oil and 200ml sour cream, season, then drizzle over the salad. Shred 1 deseeded red chilli and scatter over the top.
