A simple and delicious weekday dinner for four that can be rustled up in no time.

Heat 3tbsp oil in a large pan. Add 2 cloves crushed garlic, 4 chopped rashers bacon, pinch chilli flakes, and season. Cook for about 3 mins, until soft but not coloured.
Add 1 can chopped tomatoes and simmer for 15 mins.
Cook 300g pasta, drain and add to the tomato sauce.
Rip 125g mozzarella into the pan and mix thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with torn fresh basil garlic bread.
