- 100-120g sachet stir fry sauce
- 2 x 150g pack no- cook noodles

Description
This recipie is great for a treat once in a while and tastes fantastic. My Dad cooked this for me, the first time I ate it and I couldn't get enough of the stuff. It's mouth-wateringly brilliant.

1) Trim any vsible fat from the steak, then slice into thin strips. Cut each head of pak choi into four length ways. Dice the pepper into small squares.
2)Heat 2 tablespoons of sumflower oil in a pan. Add the pepper and fry quickly for 1 minuite. Add the steak and fry until browned all over. Add pak choi and cook briefly until starting to wilt.
3)Tip in the stir fry sauce and 2 tablespoons of water and stir. Bring to the boil, then add the noodles and warm through, loosening them until they are all coated in sauce.
5)Serve immediatly.
