This is one of our favorites.

Method

In a large pan or Wok cook the sausages in the oil until just going brown then remove and set to one side.
Put all the Veg in the pan and cook until they start to change colour.Scatter on the flour and continue to stir fry for about 2 mins.
Transfer the Veg,Sausages,Pasta to a good size Casserole Dish. Season with Pepper.
Add the Stock and Cider. Lid the casserole dish.

Cook in the oven at 170c for up to 45 mins

Serve with Mash Potatoes
