- 165g flour, all-purpose
- 90g brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 90 ml water
- 1 tsp. honey optional

1. Mix the flour,sugar and baking soda in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Add water egg honey and vanilla, mix well.
3. Cover the mixture and let rise in warm place, about 30 minutes.
4. Pour batter in to moulds(paper cups)till 90% steam on high heat for 30 minutes or till cooked
Serve and enjoy.
