Method

    Put everything into your magimix and blend for 3-4 minutes.

    Pour into a greased round baking tin.

    Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top.

    Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 160 degrees in the centre of the oven making sure the top doesn't brown too much.

    Check it is ready by inserting a cocktail stick in the middle.

    When it comes out clean it is ready to come out of the oven.

    Allow to cool and turn out.
