Description

A must have over Pesach - equally delicious however any time of the year. Best made so the inside stays soft and moist.

Method

  1. 1

    1. Beat the whites until they form stiff peaks.

    2. Stir in all the other ingredients, mixing until evenly coloured.

    3. Form into balls with damp hands.

    4. Heat oven to 160o and bake on a greased tray for 20 minutes or until soft to the touch. Take care not to overcook.

    5. Roll in icing sugar whilst warm then again when cold.

    Should make between 18 - 20.

I will be trying these out Jacquie. They are very similar to other biscuits I make, but with added cinnamon. As I love anything with cinnamon, I just have to give them a go.
