Peel and cube the butternut squash and peel, core and slice cooking apple.
Slice the onion finely.
Melt butter in a pan and add the onions.
Add the curry powder and cook until onions are soft
Add the Butternut Squash, Apple, Stock and apple juice
Cook until the butternut squash and apples are soft.
Liquidise the mixture
Serve with lardons of Bacon and croutons
