Made this recipe last night was so simple yet so tasty had to share.

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees.
Using a 2in oven dish layer potato slices and onion rounds, drizzle each layer with butter. Top with onions and bay leaf then pour double cream over whole dish.
Cover with foil and place in the oven for approx 1 and 1/2 hours.
