Description

Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages are the easiest one-pot meal for a sizzling bonfire bash. Tracklements' Onion Marmalade makes this recipe perfect.

Method

  1. 1

Allow half a tablespoon of Tracklements per sausage, so if you’re cooking 8 sausages, you’ll need 4 tbsps of Onion Marmalade.

Cook the sausages in the oven until almost done, drain off the fat and spoon the Onion Marmalade over the sausages. Continue to cook for a further 5 mins.

Hand out forks and let every one dig in OR place the sausages on a bed of mashed potato. To make the gravy, stir a little red wine into the pan juice and heat for a few minutes.

Pour over the mash and sausages.
