Ingredients
- 3oz Butter
- 3oz sugar
- 3oz rolled oats
- 1tbsp golden syrup
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 3oz plain flour

Preheat oven to 150*c
In a small bowl measure the dry ingredients (rolled oats, sugar, plain flour and bicarbonate of soda)mix them well.
In a seperate bowl cream the butter and golden syrup, ad the dry ingredients slowly, roll into a sausage and cut into sixteenth (I genereally cut the sausahe into eighths then in half - like this -/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/- put onto two trays in lines ,3,2,3
