Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.
Grease a loaf tin, about 22cm x 12cm in size with cake release or butter
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients with a fork.
Pour into the tin and bake for 35-40 mins or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Leave to cool in the tin and then turn onto a wire rack.
Serve warm with custard or sliced for teatime.
